About Us

We started Handy Helper in 2014 with the goal to help local home and business owners complete unexpected or unfinished repairs, preventative maintenance, and improvement projects. With over 25 years in the construction field, Tim has the knowledge & experience to tackle a wide variety of projects and loves the problem-solving that comes along with it. Stacey joined him in the office to provide excellent customer service to clients. Stacey loves connecting with clients, discussing their needs & goals, & getting them connected with the team. With 6 full-time team members, Handy Helper is ready to meet your needs.

Experienced—Our team has almost 100 years of combined construction experience from custom homes to rental repairs to commercial office buildings.  Plus, Handy Helper has been helping locals just like you since 2014.

Up Front Pricing—Whenever possible, we look at your project(s) and explain some of the potential unknowns that we might come across.  Then, we give you a fixed price based on our experience and all of the known site conditions.  Sometimes we find new information once we start.  When that happens, we stop and discuss it with you so you can make an informed decision about how we will move forward.

Responsive Communication—One thing that we get a lot of compliments on is our communication. We let you know when we will be arriving, who will be coming, and what they will be working on every day.

Our Process

Submit a contact form and we will reach out to discuss further details and next steps.

For smaller projects, we will have you submit photos so we can provide a rough estimate. For larger projects, we will need a site visit to gather measurements and fully discuss your needs.

After we have the necessary info, you will receive an estimate with a full written scope of work and fixed price (via text & email). You can then review and ask any questions.

Once you have approved the estimate and paid the deposit, your project is placed in the scheduling queue. We balance your schedule with ours so we can assign the best handyman with the right expertise for your project.
